Shipment of products

1. Deliveries are made at the postal address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure stored in the Purchase Order. The Customer is responsible for the address provided. The Seller shall not be held liable for any errors in the shipment or incorrect delivery of the products due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the completion by the Customer of the purchase order.

1.2 The delivery times and the related shipping costs are indicated on the Site in the form of a range of dates (minimum date-maximum date), taking into account the production time of the product and the shipping time of the goods.

1.3 Is expressly excluded Any liability of Revì – Upcycling furniture design towards the Buyer for the shipping service offered by the freight forwarder, which may vary on the basis of the quality of the connection. To provide the Shipping Service, in fact, Revì – Upcycling furniture design uses

1.4 At the time of delivery, it’s requested the presence of the Customer or a person of trust is required to check that the packaging is intact and clean and that the Products received correspond to what is stated on the Order

1.6 The risk of the loss or damage of the property, not due to Revì – Upcycling furniture design, is transferred to the Customer only when the latter, or a third party designated by him and other than the Carrier, comes into physical possession of the property.

1.7 Revì – Upcycling furniture design will not be liable for damage to the products or for any delays in shipment after delivery to the Carrier in charge of their transport.1.8 In the case of defects which are immediately apparent on delivery, such as the number of items not corresponding to the order or the non-integrity of the packaging, the Customer (or the person in charge of the collection of the goods) is required to make an immediate written notification to the Carrier (withdrawal with reservation) and to contact contattare Revì – Upcycling furniture design  through the e-mail address customercare@revi-art.com within 3 (three) working days from the date of delivery.

1.8 For purchases where the nation of the Seller who ships the product and the nation of the Customer receiving it are different, may be applied additional customs duties at the time of delivery of the product. In this case the product sheet will report a notice. Customs policies vary considerably from country to country, to this end the customer is invited to contact the customs office of his country to check for any additional taxes.

1.9 In case of delays or failure to deliver the purchased goods, the Customer may contact the Seller at e-mail adress: customercare@revi-art.com. Revì – Upcycling furniture design undertakes to contact the customer within 3 (three) working days.

1.11 Revì – Upcycling furniture design cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipment or impossibility of delivery due to: national or local holidays scheduled, strikes, riots, natural disasters, accidents of the carrier, theft, robberies. If higher forces persist beyond a period of 3 (three) months, the order will be automatically deleted. Any delay in delivery of less than 30 (thirty) days does not right the customer to refuse delivery of the products, nor to claim compensation or indemnification of any kind. In the event that it is not possible to communicate to the customer a reliable delivery date, Revì – Upcycling furniture design will be entitled to propose to the Customer the cancellation of the order, at no additional cost and with immediate refund by means of payment chosen by the Customer at the time of the order.
